This smoothie is very thick, slightly creamy and has all the flavour of mango. Since I got my new hand blender I've been trying out quite a few smoothie recipes. It's a great way of using up fruit that needs to be eaten.
You will need:
1 mango (peeled, stoned and diced)
100ml orange juice
2 scoops of frozen yogurt
1 tsp honey
1. Simply put all the ingredients into a large beaker (I used the one that came with my hand blender) and use a hand blender to blend until smooth. Then pour into a glass and enjoy.
